No lock-in. You cancel with 30 days' notice, and you keep the website.

What we commit to: no message left unanswered, and an answer from a person on the same working day. Anything that needs a person, resolved that day.

The implementation phase is not sold on its own. It exists to put the monthly system on the road.

Do the arithmetic before you decide

A person at the desk covers about 40 of the 168 hours in a week. Take your real payroll cost and divide it by those hours. We are not selling a replacement, we are selling the hours nobody covers. If you have someone at the desk, they keep the job and stop losing the night shift.

A check-up is not a paperwork review. We simulate what an attacker would actually try against your site: the same moves, on agreed dates, inside an agreed scope, and only after your written go-ahead. It is the responsible thing to do, not an alarm.

This is only for sites Nord Leads built, hosts or looks after. We do not check sites we did not build and do not maintain. We know how ours are put together, so the check is thorough within the agreed scope and your go-ahead is simple.

You keep a written report either way. A clean report is the best result there is: nothing found in what we checked, written down.

A check-up is not a guarantee. No check can prove a site has no weaknesses. It shows what we could reach, and what we closed.

What you are authorizing

What this security check does

Nord Leads runs an automated attack simulation against the authorized website — the same kind of probing a real attacker would use — and then a human reviews every finding to confirm it is real. You receive a report in plain business language, plus a fixed quote to fix anything that needs fixing.

Limits

  • Nothing is run against your site until your written go-ahead is on record.
  • We only check sites Nord Leads built, hosts or maintains.
  • Only the exact domain you authorized, only within the agreed dates.
  • We test the website. We do not touch other systems, your customers' devices, or accounts we were not given.
  • We do not attempt to disrupt, take down, or overload your site. If anything unexpected happens, we stop and tell you.
  • A check-up is not a guarantee. It covers what can be reached within the agreed scope and dates; no check can prove a site has no weaknesses.

About the report

The report describes technical weaknesses of the site. It may reference data the site handles, for example that a form collects customer names or emails, but the goal is to protect that data, not to collect or keep it. The report is yours. We keep our copy only as long as needed to deliver the work and support any fix, then remove it.

We ran the first one against an isolated copy of one of our own systems — never against a live site, not even ours. It found one real issue, medium severity. Confirmed by hand, fixed at the source, then re-checked to confirm it was closed.
