Treatment enquiry flow — Brum Esthetics
A guided flow on the clinic's site: the client picks the treatment they want, with the price and what it involves in front of them, and chooses how they want to be contacted. The conversation then starts with the decision already made, instead of from "hi, what do you do and what does it cost?".

We use Claude to draft and speed up the answers, and a person reads and sends every one. The AI does the typing; the reply is still written by someone who is accountable for it.

"How long will this take?"
We don't quote a date before we know the scope — but we don't disappear for three months either. We build in pieces you can open and use, and the first useful version is a milestone with a date on it, agreed before we start.
"Do I have to do this in English?"
No. We work in English and Icelandic — meetings, messages and the software itself. If your customers see the screen, it can be in Icelandic; if your team prefers English, that's fine too.

What kind of software do you build?

Do I need to already have a website?
No. Many clients start with a website and grow into a system behind it, but we also build software on its own — and we can work on top of a site you already have, whoever built it.
What if I'm not sure software is the answer?
Then say that. Part of the first call is telling you honestly when a process fix, a tool you already pay for, or nothing at all would solve it cheaper. We'd rather lose a project than build something you stop using in two months.
Will I be able to maintain it?
You own what we build, and we document it. Software that's used keeps evolving, so we stay available for support — but you're never locked in.
